Question: for sample, two brothers or sisters who have sex don't produce any offspring, so it should be ok (no deformed babies). so why are of a female lesbian family members not allowed to marry each other?

Answer: Cogent question. In Wisconsin it's legal for male/female first cousins to couple as long as the woman is at least 50 years old, the presumption being that she is biography menopause and can't have children. Why the same doesn't apply to gays and lesbians is a detective story
