EVER since common to high school, 14-year old Jacob Connor has been bullied and called “gay” because he loves to cavort.
But he’s hoping the cowards will quit when they see him show off his moves on the new series of Sky 1’s Got To Romp on Sunday.
For the past two years, the teenager, of Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire, says he’s been humiliated as he strives for a pursuit in dance.
As well as hoping the bullies will stop, Jacob also auditioned for the show so that his dad, who split with his mum when he was a toddler, will see him social for the first time.
Jacob said: “People call me ‘gay’ but I’m hoping they’ll over differently of me once I’ve been on the show. The kids at school don’t really hear tell me. They see a guy dancing and don’t get it.
“At the moment, they are thinking, ‘He dances, he must be a poof’. I desire once they see me on TV, they’ll realise that I’m a good dancer.
